A Melbourne practice built on industry depth
For more than 20 years this multi-partner Melbourne firm has advised established businesses across hospitality, pharmacy, medical, construction, building supply and import and export. The common thread is depth: we know how these businesses are structured, where the value sits, and what the regulators are looking at.
You work with a partner, not a call queue. We hold client information in Australia, agree scope and fees up front, and act in English or Mandarin. As a CPA Australia member firm and Registered Tax Agent, we are bound by APES 110, the Privacy Act and our obligations to the Tax Practitioners Board.

Common questions
A few things business owners ask before they get in touch.
-
Do you only work with those six industries?
They are where our depth is, and most of our clients sit in one of them. We do act for established businesses outside these sectors as well. The best way to find out if we are a fit is a short conversation with a partner.
-
What happens in a first consultation?
You talk to a partner, not a junior. We listen to where the business is, look at your current structure and numbers, and tell you plainly what we would do and what it would cost. There is no obligation to proceed.
-
Which accounting software do you work with?
Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. If you are already on one of them we work in your file; if you are choosing, we will recommend what suits your industry and size.
-
Is my information kept in Australia?
Yes. Client data is held in Australia and handled to the highest privacy standards under the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles.
-
Can you advise in Mandarin?
Yes. We provide advice and correspondence in English or Mandarin, using accurate Australian tax and accounting terminology in both.
-
Are you a CPA firm and a registered tax agent?
Yes. We are a CPA Australia member firm and a Registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, bound by APES 110 professional and ethical standards.
