Kristy Pan & Co. ("we", "us", "our") is a CPA Australia member firm and Registered Tax Agent based in Melbourne, Victoria. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

We collect personal information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. In the course of providing accounting and advisory services we may also collect financial and tax information necessary to act for you.

When you submit an enquiry through this website, your message is sent using your own email application. The website itself does not transmit enquiry data to any third-party server.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, meet our professional and legal obligations, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is held

Client information is held in Australia and handled to a high standard of security. Access is limited to those who need it to provide our services. We retain records for the periods required by law and our professional obligations.
